Do you have a physical shop where we can come and buy your products directly ?
No. We are an online store only and we have no shop open to the public.
Is the credit card payment is secure on your website ?
Yes It is. We only use Paypal as payment solution and we are a verified company by PayPal. PayPal is the leader in online payments and his fame is reconnized all over the world. We have no access to any information about your credit card. Payment is made on Paypal’s secure site and only Paypal processes the payments for us.

If you are still reluctant to pay with your credit card, we offer cash on delivery as an option when ordering.

Do i need a Paypal account to pay?
No, You can pay with your Paypal account if you have one, but a credit card is sufficient to pay with Paypal. Aslo, you can pay cash on delivery if you prefer this option.
What is your delivery area ?
We currently deserve this postal codes : H2*, H3*, H4* and H1* ( except H1A, H1B and H1C )
Is there a minimum to place an order ?
Yes, there is a minimum of $20 purchase to be able to place an order.
What are the delivering fees ?
There are no hidden fees. Delivering is free from $50 purchase before taxes and there is a fixed fee of $3 for an order below $50
When will I be delivered ?
When ordering, you will have to choose a day and a slot time for the delivery. We can deliver from 8 days after your order. Currently we deliver on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Can I return the product if I don't like it?
It depends. Most brand food offer garanties so you can return them if you don’t like it or if your dog does not like it. We do not accept returns for cat litters. As we don’t have any physical store, if you want to return an item, please contact us at 514-773-5834 and we will send you to our partner store to make the return
I want a product but I don't find it !
We can almost have all kinds of food available on the market. If you want a product you can not find on our site, contact us and we will surely have what you need. A few days delay may be necessary to deliver.
Can I have a regular and automatic delivery of my food every month ?
Yes, our website does not currently have this option, but we can put this in place manually for you. Call us and we will set up a monthly subscription with automatic payment, and we’ll deliver your regular monthly order without worry about anything.
Can you advise me on the kind of food to give to my dog or cat ?
We will be happy to help you on the choice of food to give to your pet if you have questions about it. You can call us from Monday to Friday between 09:00 AM and 6:00 PM at 514-773-5834.
